CMO is here to partner with communities to try and improve health conditions for children and youth who do not have regular access to health services. In going, we try to be the hands and feet of Jesus, to provide medical care in a covenant way by:

• Serving with excellence as caring healers through compassion to all people, and;
• Serving with humility, showing the grace of Christ in all that we do

Organized under the laws of the state of Arizona, CMO is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that seeks to improve healthcare for people in developing countries who are not blessed with the medical resources found in the United States.

CMO is a medical ministry of volunteer physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, pastors and lay people that establishes sustainable medical care for underprivileged populations in Kenya and eSwatini. Faith based medical care is CMO’s primary focus, striving to deliver compassionate care, medical assessments, and an open door to the Word of God. CMO will work with local partners to provide medical care through volunteer teams and to support more sustainable healthcare.

While directing medical mission programs over the past decade, Dr. Beyda and his support teams developed and implemented a number of replicable and sustainable programs,  employed by CMO in its operations. Among the programs developed are:

• A comprehensive nutritional assessment program of children seen in clilnic
• An electronic medical record system
• Working with community medical providers to provide ongoing care
• Working with community faith leaders to improve community services
